After moving from Australia to the USA in 1998, Bradford worked as a Human Resource Manager with Gap Inc. before coming to Alan J. Blair Personnel as a candidate and joining the firm in 2000. Over the last 24 + years, Bradford has provided quality administrative staff and excellent customer service to premier Bay Area companies. 

Focusing on placing outstanding administrative team members in temporary, temporary to hire, and direct hire roles for our exceptional clients, Bradford excels at assisting both clients and candidates through the entire recruiting process. From the initial phone call to accepting the position and beyond, Bradford ensures each placement continues to be a successful match for all.

 

What does Bradford love most about his job? "I love all aspects of what I do. We work with some of the most successful, innovative companies in the Bay Area while pairing them with one of the most diverse workforces in the world. Every single placement, be it Direct Hire or Temporary, is an opportunity to improve the work-life of our clients and employees."

 

Bradford is a renowned “Pug Person” and is a proud Dad to his rescued fur babies Sofie and Niko.

Milla Milojkovic

Milla started her career as a professional jazz singer.  When this became unsustainable, Milla started her career as an Executive Assistant at KPMG, supporting a former COO of Walmart.  She learned a lot from her professional career as an EA. It was a natural progression of her “Type A” personality.  Milla joined Alan J. Blair as a candidate before becoming a Permanent Recruiter with the firm and enjoys the reputation of going above and beyond for everyone she works with.

What does Milla love most about her job, and what makes her successful?  “I love people; they energize me.  And I really do care, about my clients and my candidates, and I know that my work makes a significant impact in people’s lives.”

Milla is a proud cat mommy to her rescued Maine Coon, Dino, who is 18 pounds, answers to the term “Monster,” and plays fetch with rubber bands.  He was named after Dean Martin because he is very handsome and very vocal.

Jada Ball

Office Manager

As a Northern California native Jada has always dreamed of a life in San Francisco. While earning a Business Communications degree from ASU, she kicked off her career as an Administrative Assistant at ASU’s Teacher’s College Preschool. After relocating to the Bay Area post-graduation, she began her career as a personal/administrative assistant, eventually transitioning into family assistance roles. Additionally, her curiosity led her to take on project-based assistant work throughout her career, which offered her exposure to various industries such as non-profit, events, finance, and entertainment.

What does Jada love about her job? "I love combining my hospitality and administrative skills to create welcoming, organized, and efficient environments. A sigh of relief is music to my ears!"

Outside of work, Jada has a strong interest in personal development, health, and nature. She is deeply curious about the human experience and loves supporting others in making a meaningful impact. She's grateful that she's able to accomplish this here at Alan J. Blair Personnel.

Juliana Maylahn

Originally from New York, Juliana moved to California in 2015 and never looked back. She has always been passionate about connecting people with great opportunities. She started her recruiting career at Capital Group, one of the world's largest investment management firms, where she learned the ins and outs of full-cycle hiring, sourcing top talent, and helping candidates take the next step in their careers. She then joined Alto, a fast-growing rideshare startup, where she took on a key human resources role, supporting employees with everything from payroll to compliance. From there, she transitioned into sales and event coordination at Hornblower Group, where she managed large-scale events, handled logistics, and helped create unforgettable experiences for clients.

What does Juliana love most about her job? "The ability to make a real impact in someone’s life. Helping people land a great job and grow in their careers is incredibly rewarding, and I take pride in being a part of that journey."

 

Outside of work, Juliana is a passionate traveler who has explored countries all over the world. She loves experiencing new cultures, trying local foods, and discovering hidden gems.
